WeatherPro™ covers for Hot Spring® spas combine insulation, durability and contemporary styling.
Custom-designed to fit each spa model precisely, they help maintain water temperature while providing effective protection whenever your spa is not in use.
As an integral part of the Hot Spring Energy Smart® system, the cover plays an important role in the overall energy efficiency of the spa. It helps keep your hot tub warm and ready to enjoy while reducing unnecessary heat loss.
Efficient insulation for lower energy consumption
Energy efficiency is a key consideration in the design of every Hot Spring spa, and an effective cover is an essential part of that performance.
A high-density insulated foam core helps retain the heat of the water, while a substantial insulating seal along the full length of the hinge reduces heat loss between the two cover sections.
Because each cover is designed specifically for the spa, its close fit also helps reduce water evaporation and heat loss, limiting the amount of energy required to maintain your desired water temperature.

Durable construction and added safety
WeatherPro™ covers use durable materials specifically selected to withstand outdoor conditions over time.
The double-stitched polyester surface provides excellent resistance to water, abrasion and fading, helping the cover retain both its appearance and protective qualities despite regular exposure to weather and sunlight.
Reinforced adjustable straps keep the cover securely in position. Hot Spring covers are also UL classified in accordance with ASTM safety standards and include child-safety locks for additional protection.
Contemporary style and everyday convenience
Available in a selection of modern shades, WeatherPro™ covers are designed to complement both your Hot Spring spa and its surroundings.
They also feature strong mounting brackets designed to work with Hot Spring cover lifters, making everyday opening and closing of your spa considerably easier.
Cover lifters
A well-insulated spa cover is necessarily substantial, which can make regular handling inconvenient. A cover lifter allows one person to open and close the cover easily.
It also keeps the cover safely off the ground instead of placing it on a patio, deck or against the spa, where it may become dirty, scratched or prematurely damaged.
By making the cover easier to handle and store, a cover lifter helps protect your investment while making access to your spa much more convenient.
Replacement covers
Spa covers are exposed throughout the year to sunlight, weather, moisture and changing temperatures. Even with appropriate maintenance, normal wear will eventually affect their condition and insulating performance.
We recommend inspecting your cover regularly, and at least once a year, paying particular attention to its insulation, outer material, stitching, straps and locking system, as well as the quality of the seal around the spa.
When a cover no longer seals correctly or its insulating performance has deteriorated, replacing it helps restore effective protection and optimal energy efficiency.
